Kristine Maxwell

Kristine Maxwell began her legal career at the Utah Attorney General’s Office working as the Executive Assistant to the Honorable Jan Graham the Utah Attorney General. Later, as an Assistant Attorney General in the Environment Division. 

She graduated from Westminster College in 1995 with a bachelor’s degree in Social Science. She then graduated from the J. Ruben Clark School of Law at Brigham Young University in 2000. She was chosen to be on the Trial Advocacy Team at BYU. 

Ms. Maxwell concentrates her practice in personal injury. Her primary focus has been Plaintiff’s work, but she done some defense as well. Ms. Maxwell has collected tens of millions of dollars for her personal injury clients. She has a passion to successfully help people through the litigation process and to hold those responsible to pay fair and reasonable settlements. 

She also has successfully represented property developers in multimillion-dollar real estate litigation. Additionally, she has tried a complex federal court matter against a large pharmaceutical company. She has represented medical doctors in business matters, court matters, and before Medical Boards. She has experience certifying a 18,000 sq. ft. Ambulatory Surgical Center in Las Vegas. 

Ms. Maxwell has represented buyers, sellers, brokers, and agents in all types of real estate matters. 

In her free time, Kristine enjoys yoga, tennis, and hiking. She also speaks conversational German.
