Burke Huber
Burke Huber earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Brigham Young University and his Juris Doctor from Whittier Law School. He began his legal career in 2006 and has extensive litigation and trial experience that spans across four states for more than 15 years.
As a personal injury lawyer, Burke’s primary goal is to help victims and their families regain control of their lives after an accident, injury, or other misfortune. He believes the most rewarding part of being an attorney is achieving justice and equality for people who struggle to gain access to the legal system. The highlight of his career has been assisting those with meager means to receive the justice they deserve.
Burke is licensed to practice law in California, Nevada, Utah, and Washington. He primarily practices for Van Law Firm’s Nevada and Washington offices, while supporting Monterey Park and Pasadena, California.
Burke has spent an extensive amount of time living abroad and has learned to appreciate diversity. When he is not working hard for his clients and spending time with his family, Burke enjoys outdoor activities such as golf, skiing, snowmobiling, and fly fishing. He is also an avid sports fan, cheering for the Vegas Golden Knights, the Golden State Warriors, and the Utah Jazz.
