Kensuke Fukuchi

Ken Fukuchi obtained his Juris Doctor from University of St. Thomas School of Law in 2012. He completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Toronto in Canada. He is licensed to practice law in Minnesota and Washington. He chose a career in law with the intention of making a meaningful difference in people’s lives.

Ken began his legal career representing clients in antitrust cases, but later shifted his focus to helping those struggling to obtain Social Security Disability and Workers’ Compensation benefits. One of his achievements includes winning a Social Security disability case for a client living in Spain. He successfully guided clients in their hearings and mediations and  obtained millions of dollars in benefits for his clients. Leveraging his experience, Ken now practices personal injury law at Van Law Firm, with offices in Lakewood and Yakima, Washington.

When Ken is not considering what would be best for his clients, he enjoys taking walks around the neighborhood, often looking for wildlife.
