I started working with Van Law Firm after I sustained an injury from a fall at one of the casinos. A few other law firms didn’t want the case so we turned to Van law firm. They were amazing the through the whims process. They kept me informed with everything, they gave me timelines (all accurate), they were great with returning phone calls and spending all the time I needed to understand what was happening and what do expect next. They were available through text, email, and phone. Made it very convenient to check in on the case when I needed to. Mid January of this year I was involved in a car accident that left me severely injured. At the scene of the crash a woman pulled over and asked if I was okay. I wish I could remember her name, but she was very sweet and ended up referring me to Van Law Firm, where she was working as a paralegal. Since the very beginning Karin and his team helped supported me and helped me get the appropriate medical attention and compensation I was entitled to after my accident. To start the year of 2020 I was hit by another driver in the freeway! Crazy! Thanks to van law firm I was well taken care of! They took care of my medical expenses and they actually took me to some very great places to get checked, thanks for that too! And best I was paid a fair amount.It was a GREAT, PROFESSIONAL service ! On 1/23/2020 I had a car accident and as a result I was injured. I was referred to Van Law Firm by a friend. I was overwhelmed by the accident and the aftermath. I reached out to Van Law Firm the next day and I came to the office and I was greeted by the staff. Karin ended up being my Case Manager and he sat down and went over my case and ensured I received the treatment that I needed. Karin and Van Law Firm are trustworthy. Sean and Laura handled my case in every aspect. Every time I called to follow up or make sure something was done they had already been on it and it was completed. Sean would talk to me for up to an hour if needed to walk me through my case in detail and make sure I had all the answers I needed. In the end they settled my case for a dollar amount I was happy with and really made the process very easy. I had a accident last year in October I was rear ended and didn't know what to do. Next day I googled law firms and Van law firm came up. I called right away and was told to come in. Yesenia explained everything to me from the beginning to end. They kept me updated with my case I was never left without questions. If I needed to call and talk to her I could always do so. So one night, when I got hit by a school bus, I had to go to the doctor to make sure I got checked out . The doctor did say that some pains may delay just to keep an eye on my health. So I called Karin because I know he deals with these kind of stuff. Even though I wasn't thinking about a lawyer because I felt fine, I thought to myself, what can it hurt just to give him a call. So when I called him, he told me he has seen it many times where people didn't feel any pain and just took the money the insurance gave them for the car but weeks later started feeling back pain and everything and everything had to come out of pocket so I never even thought of that.Karin, who was representing me, really broke everything down for me thought about scenarios that I never would even think about, and he was right. Weeks later, I started getting bad back pains, so he suggested some of the best doctors and specialists gave me some numbers some doctors that helped me to deal with the problem. I’ll never be 100% cured, but I'm in recovery. I went to physical therapy to help me out, and not only did I get money to fix my car, but I have some money now to put aside for any future medical bills that I might need for my lower back pain. I am so grateful did I listen to Karin. Thank you so much, Karin, and Van Law Firm.
