Bio:

Timothy John Van Tuinen:

Born and raised in the Toledo area, Mr. Van Tuinen attended the University of Toledo College of Engineering to earn a Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering.  Immediately thereafter, Mr. Van Tuinen enrolled in legal studies at the University of Toledo College of Law, in which he graduated earning a J.D. with a specialization in Intellectual Property.

Mr. Van Tuinen is acting Managing Attorney of the Timothy John Van Tuinen, LLC.

*Admitted to the Ohio Bar.

*Registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office.

*Member of the Ohio State Bar Association.

*Member of the Toledo Intellectual Property Law Association (TIPLA).
